Ryan has been involved in construction practically his whole life. Starting at 12 years old, he was mason tender during the Summers as he grew up. Ryan's passion grew as he got older and became fascinated with the idea of creating and building one of a kind projects . This passion set the path for his career. Ryan has a degree in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a minor in Urban Studies. Having a design background and being able to mesh that with hands on experience in construction led him to work for some prestigious firms. Those experiences led Ryan to establish RYNO Homes. At RYNO Homes, our passion is to understand the customer - We strive to create the most functional and well-crafted project that it will be enjoyed for years to come...

Ryan Menghe led an extensive historic project renovation of our classic revival 1903 home. Not only was the first floor restored to its original glory, but a thoughtful kitchen, mudroom, bathroom addition completed the project. Great care was given to mesh the historic with new offering the home a renewal for the next century. While living upstairs, this extensive project took place. Completed 2 weeks early was only made possible due to Ryan's careful, impeccable, detailed plans and supervision of subcontractors. Those he selected were most knowledgeable but also pleasant and respectful of this project. Upon completion of the first floor renovation, Ryan planned and coordinated an upstairs bathroom remodel and painting of all upstairs rooms and hallways.
